Terms of use

Last updated: 27 August 2026

1. About Would Use Again

Would Use Again helps businesses collect customer responses after completed jobs and build public trust profiles based on verified recommendation requests.

2. Business accounts

Businesses are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and for only sending recommendation requests connected to real completed work.

3. Customer responses

Customers may respond to recommendation requests without creating an account. Positive recommendations may appear publicly. Private feedback is visible only to the business owner and platform moderators/admins.

4. Public profiles

Public profiles may show recommendation counts, request counts, recommendation rates, business information and public customer comments.

5. Misuse

Users must not create fake recommendations, misuse customer information, impersonate others or use the platform for misleading activity. Our trust and verification process is explained on the Trust & Verification page.

6. WUA Perks

Would Use Again may allow eligible businesses to submit offers or benefits ("Perks") for publication on the platform. A business must meet the eligibility requirements shown by WUA at the time of submission. Eligibility to submit a Perk does not guarantee publication.

All Perks are subject to WUA review and approval. WUA may approve, reject, edit, unpublish, suspend or remove a Perk at its discretion, including where an offer is unclear, misleading, no longer available, insufficiently valuable or inconsistent with these terms.

A Perk must be exclusive to Would Use Again, or provide greater value than the equivalent offer available to customers elsewhere. Standard publicly available promotions do not qualify. Businesses must provide accurate information about the offer, its value, restrictions and expiry and must not exaggerate savings or otherwise present a Perk misleadingly.

Where a Perk provides a percentage discount and the business normally uses bespoke or variable pricing, the discount must be applied to the genuine normal price that the business would charge an equivalent non-WUA customer for the same or equivalent service. The underlying price must not be increased, altered or inflated because a customer is using a WUA Perk.

Businesses are responsible for honouring published Perks in accordance with the stated offer, restrictions and validity period. Any material restrictions, exclusions, qualifying purchases or other conditions must be disclosed clearly when the Perk is submitted.

Would Use Again provides the platform through which Perks are promoted but is not the seller, supplier or provider of the underlying goods or services and is not a party to any transaction between a customer and a business. WUA does not guarantee availability, suitability, quality, pricing, fulfilment or the outcome of any transaction.

A Perk claim records that a visitor has chosen to reveal or access an offer. It does not mean that a purchase, booking or completed transaction has taken place. Redemption codes and Perks must not be manipulated, abused or used in a way intended to create misleading claim activity.

Perks expire on their stated expiry date unless extended or renewed. Businesses remain responsible for obligations arising from valid claims or transactions made in accordance with the published terms while the Perk was available.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of Would Use Again means you accept the latest version.
