Is Would Use Again free?

Yes. Creating a business profile and collecting recommendations will ALWAYS be free. Optional paid extras may come later, but collecting recommendations and building trust on Would Use Again will never go behind a paywall.

Can anyone review my business?

No. Recommendations can only be left through recommendation requests linked to completed services. You can send customers a request directly, and customers can also ask to recommend you from your profile. Customer requests must be approved by the business before a recommendation link is sent. This prevents random reviews from non-customers.

Do customers need to sign up?

No. Customers do not need to sign up, create an account or log in. They simply open the recommendation request and respond.

How do I get recommendations on my profile?

Send recommendation requests after completed services using either the customer’s email address or mobile number. Most businesses start with happy customers from the last few months, then keep sending requests after new services are provided.

Yes. You can send a recommendation request using either a customer email address or a mobile number.

How do Would Not Use Again responses work?

They still count towards your percentage, so the score stays honest. The written feedback stays private, which means useful feedback without turning your profile into a public complaints board. Learn how trust works.

Can I add more than one business?

Absolutely. You can manage multiple businesses from one account and switch between them whenever you need.

Do I need a profile photo?

Not at all. A logo is enough to get started. You can always add a profile photo later if you want customers to see the person behind the business.

Can anyone leave a recommendation?

No. Recommendations are linked to completed services. A business can send you a recommendation request, or you can ask to recommend a business from its profile. If you ask from the profile, the business must confirm the service before a recommendation link is sent.

Can businesses only ask happy customers?

It's a fair question. Most businesses send requests to all or most customers because that is the easiest way to collect them consistently. Even when a business thinks a customer is happy, some customers still answer Would Not Use Again. Can I trust the scores?

Recommendation requests are linked to completed services, customers verify their email address or mobile number, repeat requests to the same customer are limited, and self-review attempts are blocked. Do I need to sign up to leave a recommendation?

No. There is no account to create and no login required. You respond through the recommendation request and answer one question: "Would you use them again?"

Do I have to leave my full name?

No. You can leave your full name, first name, initials or no name at all. We understand some customers prefer privacy, especially for more personal or sensitive services.

How do I find a business?

Search by business name, service or location. You can quickly see businesses with real customer recommendations and a clear Would Use Again score.

Can I browse recommended businesses?

Yes. The homepage highlights recommended businesses, new businesses and recent recommendations, so it is easy to discover trusted local services.
