3. Public and private feedback

Positive recommendations may be shown publicly on business profiles. “Would Not Use Again” feedback is private to the business owner and platform moderators/admins and is not posted publicly.

4. Emails

We may send account, security, recommendation and platform-related emails. Users may contact support about notification preferences.

5. Service providers

We use trusted providers such as Supabase, Vercel and Resend to operate authentication, hosting, database storage and email delivery.
